IVY Software
Types of inventory that can be handled include replacement parts for appliances,
engines, tractors, autos and trucks, airplanes, computers, clocks, and many others.
IVY Inventory software can be used for plumbing, electrical supply, glass, HVAC
and sheet metal, tires, auto parts, motorcycles, hardware, liquor, paint, lumber,
tools, furniture, trees and nursery plants, and much more.

IVY is inventory, Point-Of-Sale and electronic cataloging software for
replacement parts and general inventory applications. IVY includes part
number cross-reference, application cataloging engine, user configurable Part-Finder
and Model-Finder menus, point-of-sale invoice printing, automatic inventory
adjustment, re-order report, Quote Notes screen, customer file, complete
sales history file, inventory editing spread-sheet screen, payables file.
Look up items by part number, by cross-reference number, by catalog
application, by description, by vendor product line, by make and model, or
by any phrase or string found in the record or catalog file such as
casting #, stamping #, etc. The Part-Finder menu comes with over 600 part
types and descriptions and the Model-Finder menu contains over 400 makes
and models of vehicles. This complete inventory/POS package includes PO
program for writing Purchase Orders and automatically restocking those POs.
Also has the customer pricing matrix where special customers can be given
different price breaks for different product lines or vendors. IVY can also
handle on-going job tickets (invoices) for automotive or other job shops
where items from inventory are assigned to specific on-going jobs. Up to
96 items per Job invoice; these items may be inventory parts/supplies, shop
labor, or parts & services purchased outside. Reconciles on-hand and
dedicated job inventory.
SYFILE Parts Inventory only software
SYFILE Parts Inventory Only.....................$375
SYFILE parts inventory only is for operations that do not need point of sale
invoice printing or sales tracking. It includes Part-Finder and Model-Finder
menus, inventory editor, report printing menu, and string searches for
application data. Print parts lists, inventory bar code¹ tags, and catalog
pages of items for sale. There are fields for item location, vendor,
application notes.
WebExport software
WebExport software.....................$200
WebExport software is used to take a snap-shot of your IVY or SYFILE
inventory and send it up to your web site. This is usually run once each
night, but can be done more often if needed. All the information for
the drop-down look-up menus and descriptions is sent up also. The PHP code
for your web inventory is included with WebExport. You will need an
internet connection and a web site that supports FTP and PHP which most do.
WebExport can also send digital pictures for your inventory items.
Web users can then search your inventory using intelligent custom drop-down
menus.
